bottom line is their software does not work as they claim, they have only web tech support, and their refund policy is based on you bought now it’s your problem. Then they start with the fine print of their “refund policy”… because we offer a free trial version etc…. How can you take screen shots of the setup screens of a piece of software that you removed for your system. Contacted them with 12 hours of removing their software and was told that I had to prove that it didn’t work…. They wanted to connect to our server remotely, can’t do that here! Removed their software and purchased another (Acronis) and it worked right out of the box without any tech support. Tried to call but no phone tech support, only web contact.
Don’t believe it! Tried their Total Back Server and it did not recognize the backup drives. EaseUS has a great web page that promotes it products as easy to use, tech support, money back guarantee….
